The theme this week is about being gentle 🦌 with yourself. You are Letting Go of a lot of ‘stuff’ both consciously and unconsciously. Some you are unaware of. You are Letting Go to make room for other things and to heal. This is all part of the process and there are some powerful celestial 🪐💫 events this week as well as a full moon in Libra ♎️ so you may find some intensity in the energies and emotions. Find balance ⚖️. These energies are also affecting Mother Earth 🌎 so if you are sensitive you may feel some changes there as well. It may feel like a shift, like a slip on the ice 🧊 is what comes forward. During this week please pay attention to how you are feeling and if you begin to feel like a Deer 🦌 in the headlights, so to speak, please take time to ground yourself. Another good trick this week is to soak in a bath with essential oils for grounding Bergamot, Cedar, Fir 🌲 and Vetiver come to mind however there are many that will help. Let your intuition guide you. Also having a shower and turning the water to cold 🥶 at the end help will cleanse your aura. I have also noticed with this practice that the shock of the cold brings you back to earth 🌲 😉. This week will be a week of truly connecting with yourself, listening to your intuition and going with the flow. You may be wise to observe a situation and looking at possible diplomatic solutions versus reaction or you may need to quietly walk away. This is always a good strategy and you will need to be more conscious this week. You will get to where you need to go however there may be a few drops along the way. Remember you are never alone. Spirit and your angels 👼 are always with you to guide you and protect you. Sudden drops may be shocking however may be needed to shift your perspective. They can help you open your heart ♥️, eyes and mind. God knows what you need. Sometimes a shock, a jolt, is needed to help you change direction 🧭 and get you on the right path. All is well.
