Today and for the next few months the energies will be shifting. The intensity may vary causing many ups and downs in emotions, beliefs, relationships etc. Pretty much everything is on the table and up for review. You might feel happy one moment and angry the next. Past issues coming up again may be frustrating. Please remember that they are coming up again as they need to be dealt with and let go of. Let go of meaning you need to make some decisions or learn something so that you can heal and find peace 🕊️ within. With all this going on The Earth Faery 🌳 🌱 🧚 wants us to know that it is very important to nourish yourself. This means physically as well as emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This is nourishment on all levels. If you are uncertain where to start then start with your physical body. Listen to your intuition and do what feels right on a daily basis. You will need to be aware of your core values, your foundation, so that you can stay strong and allow what needs to go be gone and have the strength to create and build something new. Go out in nature, stand against a tree 🌲 or visualize yourself as a tree 🌲 rooted strongly to the ground and reaching for the sky. Allow the power of Mother Earth to strengthen you and hold you steady. Allow the wisdom of Spirit to inspire you and help you see from the higher perspective. Remaining grounded and calm will help your core to remain steady and strong despite what is happening around you. Taking time for you each day is so important right now. Finding balance in your life is important. Mother Nature is always in perfect balance. Use the earth wisdom to assist you. This is about being connected both with Heaven and earth so that you can think clearly and know what is true for you and what matters in your life. This is about knowing yourself better and accepting and loving yourself for who you are. Allow the seasons to change as they do in nature. Be patient. Change requires time and initially there appears to only be a little or no change however suddenly everything appears different. Strengthen your roots 🌲so your core remains strong however your branches can sway as needed. Some branches may break however others will grow. Find joy in your journey and how much you have grown.
