Your ego is part of you whether you like it or not. Your ego was designed to keep you safe and protect you. Your ego holds the wounds of the past. The Goblin would like you to hold on to those wounds forever as The Goblin likes to be in control and doesn’t like you to change as that means less power over you. You are now changing however. Just like The Butterfly 🦋 when the time comes to change from a caterpillar 🐛 to a Butterfly 🦋 it does not fight the process. This is how the Universe works. For us now as well we are in energies that compel us to release the past so that we can bring forth the beauty within that is destined to emerge 🦋. This may mean a period of darkness (cocoon phase) where it’s hard to see and there may be some times of discomfort. Please remember that it does not last forever and the end result is worth it. It is when we are seemingly trapped and we cannot see that we turn within and seek answers within. When we do this is when we truly see what is important to us and who we are and the beauty 🦋 that lies within preparing to emerge. During this time remaining grounded, calm and connected with Spirit ✨ is important. This has been said so much lately because it is so important. The Goblin will attempt to distract you. Acknowledge the distraction however keep outside the drama 🎭. Send The Goblin love 💜 and gratitude as that will quiet him. Focus on who you are and what you are becoming. The Goblin may want you to explain how you are going to do that. That is another distraction. Trust the process and know that your body and soul know what to do. The light ✨ within will guide you. See this cocoon phase as a protective phase during vulnerable times. Know that you are here right now to heal and through your emerging beauty you will bring joy to yourself and others. Love both parts of you as they are you. Love who you were and also who you are becoming. Love is the greatest healer of all. Love is the light ✨that created you and guides you.
