Patchwork Heart Project

The past couple of years have been difficult for many. There has been division amongst family and friends, grief and heartbreak just to name a few. I too have experienced some heart shattering moments which took me off the rails and I felt I was left in pieces and did not know how I would ever put the pieces back together. There was no picture to this puzzle so I felt I was going blindly into the unknown. One morning in Chavasna I asked how I put my heart back together and how do I find who I truly am. I was given the Patchwork Heart. I had no idea what it was or where it would lead me however after working with it I realized how it helped me to identify what was important to me, what triggered me and what my heart truly desired as I entered into this new and unknown world we find ourselves in.

I am offering you the Patchwork Heart Project if it resonates with you. It is helpful to identify thoughts, ideas and beliefs and it takes you deep into the why so that you can discover where they came from, how you came to believe them so that now you can heal them from the core source. It is helpful to set boundaries and understand why because if you know the truth then you can hold your power.
